
Trust me and try this!

I first had this at a church retreat, made by our friend Norrie Wake. He has since passed away and his lovely wife Nancy is now in Rhode Island, living near family. We miss them both very much.
As promised, here is the recipe that goes with yesterday’s post about sharing food with loved ones. I think you can see this well enough so I will not retype unless you say it’s not plain after all! If you have an iron skillet, put it in the oven half-way through the pre-heat time with 2 tablespoons of butter and after they have melted, take it out and add the batter. YUM. Enjoy!
